REGINA _ A second man has been charged in the death of a young Saskatchewan woman who disappeared almost three years ago.

RCMP say Gilbert Allan Bellegarde, 31, of the Little Black Bear First Nation is accused of first-degree murder in the case of Amber Redman.

Police say they believe remains found on the Little Black Bear reserve earlier this week are those of Redman.

Albert Patrick Bellegarde, 29, also from the reserve, was charged Tuesday with first-degree murder.

Redman was 19 when she was last seen leaving a bar in Fort Qu'Appelle in July 2005.

Both men made a brief court appearance Wednesday
